About the event

Most people know what to eat, but struggle with when, how, and why they eat — and that’s what this program helps you change.

This program was created to help you become more aware of your relationship with food and understand the difference between physical hunger and emotional eating.

You will learn simple nutrition and lifestyle strategies to reduce cravings, support your metabolism, and improve your eating habits — without restrictive dieting.

By the end of the program, you will feel more in control of what and how you eat, better understand your hunger cues, and feel more confident making food choices that support your health.
